WINSTON ROD COMPANY PRESENTS CHECK TO THE TROUT UNLIMITED JEFFERSON RIVER PROJECT ON BEHALF OF WORLD TROUT  Today, R.L. Winston Rod Co., on behalf of the World Trout organization, presented its first check for $1,460 to Trout Unlimited for the Jefferson River Project and their work to revitalize the Jefferson River watershed and its rainbow and brown trout fishery. March 7, 2008 - WINSTON ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF SECOND FILM FESTIVAL 
Winston today announced the winners of its second FlyFishingMovies.com Film Festival for the period ending December 31, 2007. Over 50 films were submitted for the current festival. Thank you to all those who submitted films…we love watching them and hope you will continue making them! Jury member James Prosek commented after watching the festival films, “I thought they were a really a good bunch! A lot of fun to watch. I especially liked ones that had a little irony and humor …..flyfishing is serious business, but it’s still recreation, play-acting an old predatory ritual…..it should be fun. More
January 21, 2008 - WINSTON ANNOUNCES CONTEST WINNERS Today, the R.L. Winston Rod Co. in Twin Bridges, Montana announced the Grand Prize and Regional Winners of their 2007 “Cast a Winston” Contest. Winston has received thousands of entries from all over the United States and Canada since last Spring. Winston today announced the upcoming release dates for the World Premieres of the next three movies in its celebrated “Winston Stories” short film series found on The Winston Channel at winstonrods.com. The movies will premiere on the 1st day of the month for the next three months, with additional movies to follow. April 9, 2007 - Winston Announces Winners of Interim Film Festival 
Today, Winston announced the first winners of its www.flyfishingmovies.com Film Festival for the interim period ending March 15, 2007. One of the three jurors, Steve Ransohoff, President of Film Finances, the leading film completion bond company for independent films said, “I was incredibly surprised by the quality of the movies. They far exceeded my expectations. Obviously a great deal of time and effort went into making the movies.
