I've been guiding in Rocky Mountain National Park for over eight years and it can be challenging finding rods that work in all applications. The Winston 8'9" 5 Weight LT is the rod that I go to for all personal and client needs through the guide season. This rod offers enough backbone to high-stick heavy nymph rigs in heavy water, but displays a great soft feel for those precise dry fly presentations.
